Method & evidence
Generate a protein sequence and all-atom structure around a supplied ligand pose with Proteina-Complexa.
Scope & limitations
- The released operation is the single-pass ligand-binder workflow, not the separate protein-binder or motif-scaffolding checkpoints.
Interpreting results
- Generated geometry is a model proposal, not evidence of binding affinity or biochemical function.
- Ligand-conservation evidence proves coordinate identity within the output contract; it does not prove energetic favorability.

Input requirements & outputs
Input checks
- One PDB file
- At least one ligand heavy atom with the requested component identity
- 1–4 designs of 40–120 protein residues per Run
Expected results
- Generated sequence–structure cohort — Compare every designed protein sequence and its all-atom protein–ligand complex.
- Interactive complex structures — Inspect the PDB structures in the 3D viewer.
- Ligand-conservation evidence — Verify requested component identity and ligand heavy atoms for each candidate.
